It helps to have a practitioner who is always positive in their responses and is relaxed but attentive. I think Aaron is both, plus you have to perform well too and he does.

The reason for my wait was out of Dr. Down's control. The substance he had ordered for a bone graft did not arrive and he and his team were trying to find a replacement so my procedure could occur. Dr. Rauen made the trip to a fellow dentist's office to get the graft material. Thank you Dr. Rauen for going above and beyond. Due to infection my tooth needed to be extracted. Dr. D and Stacey were so understanding of my feelings involved in this. Dr. D. even called to see how I was doing
Dr. Rauen is great as a dentist for adults. But outstanding with kids. I took my 4 year old in for 2 fillings and a sealant, she went in on her own, happily, and didn't come out frightened or in tears. She says she likes to go to this doctor, he has water fountain that is so relaxing you could just sleep! Thank you !

Crystal was wonderful with all my anxiety she took her time with me and relaxed me. She did such a great job that I fell asleep during my deep cleaning. I hadn't seen a dentist in a long time cause of being scared now I go regularly and wont use anyone else.
The staff makes clients feel as though we are welcome to be in the office. Nothing seems to be too big a problem. We have been very impressed. And grateful for the excellent care

Dr. Downs is a very caring and capable professional. It is very obvious that he understands what it is like to be a patient seated in the chair awaiting treatment. I am very grateful for his sensitive, yet highly professional and competent approach to his patients, whom he treats as individuals, devoting to them his undivided attention. He has been successful in instilling that same degree of compassionate competence in his assistants and coworkers, as well.
Dentist was very friendly and down to earth, polite, listened well to patient concerns and is someone I would definitely recommend to others.
